At s'Gmiatli, the hosts Felix Stark and his wife Eva-Maria combine what they have taken with them or missed from their travels and hotel visits together - coziness, space and tranquility. We would like to invite you to shift down a gear and enjoy the mountain scenery around the vacation apartments in a wonderful atmosphere. Our stylish furnishings are characterized by local old wood, fine loden and woven fabrics as well as large windows for plenty of sunlight. 

We allow you to enjoy an undisturbed vacation with a little luxury in the Tyrolean Alps and give you the feeling of "Home away from Home". s'Gmiatli is a perfect starting point for activities of all kinds.

Breakfast / bread roll service

Via a QR code (on the fridge) you can book the bread roll service for the next morning via your cell phone until 9:00 pm in the evening. The delicious bread is baked by hand by the regional baker and then delivered no later than 7:00 am. You will then find the bread in the morning in the vestibule on the parking level. Groceries for daily needs are available in the nearby supermarket in Kappl.

24h check-in

Arrive when it suits you.  Our automatic check-in system doesn't care if you check in at 4pm or late in the evening. You will receive your access code by email and SMS.

Indoor climate

Each apartment is equipped with a comfort ventilation system. The air is cleaned and tempered - a relaxed stay and peaceful sleep is guaranteed.
